“Digital Products” refers to downloadable or streamable materials (e.g., audio files, PDF resources).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

· Product unavailability

You will be notified if your order is cancelled, and a full refund will be issued where appropriate.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Digital Products

Refunds for digital products will only be issued if access has not yet been granted, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., a satisfaction guarantee). Personalised or customised digital products (e.g. tailored audio recordings) are non-refundable once delivered.

To request a refund, contact us in writing at admin@workpsychcoaching.com.au within 14 days of purchase.

4.2 Physical Products

Refunds for physical goods are available provided items are:

· Returned in original, unused condition

· Accompanied by all original packaging, instructions, and documentation

· Returned within 14 days of delivery

· The following items are non-refundable:

· Customised or made-to-order items

· Items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable to return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. headphones)

· Perishable or time-sensitive goods

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, downloads, and course materials, is the intellectual property of WorkPsych Coaching and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to use submitted personal information to enforce our rights and protect against infringement, fraud, or misuse of our intellectual property or services.

6. Use of the Website
